Carol Mews required a full remodel, renovation and the project also included adding extra space in the form of a Loft Conversion. A complete overhaul of each room to make it as good as new, modernised and complete with fitted wardrrobes, new fixtures and fittings, electrics, kitchen installation/cupboards/appliances and plumbing. Bathroom design and installation including half tiled, half decorated, integrated sink and unit, walk in shower, flooring and decoration throughout. Loft conversion complete with velux window installation to floor light into the once dark area complete with a stunning ensuite, teal tiling, bathtub with gold fixtures and stair access completed to the highest level by KITCO Design & Build detached villa set over three storeys, located in Maspalomas, in the south of Gran Canaria. It features a master suite on the top floor, four bedrooms (one en-suite) and a family bathroom on the first floor, and a sitting room, snug, cloakroom, utility, hall, and kitchen-diner leading to the garden on the ground level. With their children grown up and pursuing further education, the owners of this property wanted to turn their home into a sophisticated space the whole family could enjoy. Although generously sized, it was a typical period property with a warren of dark rooms that didn’t suit modern life. The garden was awkward to access and some rooms were rarely used. As avid foodies and cooks, the family wanted an open kitchen-dining area where they could entertain their friends, with plentiful storage and a connection to the garden.
