Complete Transformation of a Semi-Detached Property
This semi-detached property was completely reimagined by the Kitco team. We extended the loft and ground floor, added a new basement, and reoriented the property to create an impressive double-height atrium above the front door, thus creating a truly striking entrance to this stunning family home. The owners wanted to create a sense of space and light, as well as a generous welcoming area for guests, something that Victorian properties often lack. This residential project was featured in an extensive 8-page article in Livingetc’s March 2024 issue.
